About me
My name is Encarnación Núñez, Enqui for my friends in Rome, a city to which I am very close to. I was born in Alicante, currently living and working as a photographer in Madrid.
Although my academic and professional background is very different, I've always been interested in design, cinema, music and the arts in general. I started in photography as a hobby. By chance, I got my first corporate photography assignment and a few more social photo sessions and I truly enjoyed the experience. At that moment, I decided to undertake Vocational Training to become a professional photographer, so I studied Photographic Production at the Escuela Superior de Imagen y Sonido CES in Madrid and I was lucky enough to do my internship with the music photographer Juan Pérez-Fajardo. Later I continued my studies at the International Center of Photography and Film EFTI in Madrid where I have furthered my preparation to develop as an author.
I currently work as a freelance photographer in social, music, corporate and lifestyle portrait.
